We set out that over the decade of 2020-2030 the Internet is becoming the Open Metaverse. We built the scalable framework for game developers, players and agents to realize this.

User generated content (UGC) powers $150 billion in combined revenues across todayβs top entertainment platforms: YouTube, Tik Tok, Instagram and others. 61% of Gen Z prefers UGC over other content formats. The βcreator economyβ is expected to reach half a trillion dollars by 2027.
But social and streamed media only scratches the surface. While gaming exceeding the revenues of television and movies combined, UGC-based platforms like Fortnite and Roblox have a combined user base of 1.03 billion players.
The next generation is posting, sharing, socializing and creating in games and worlds. They are the new creators, preferring the company of each otherβs content to a Netflix stream or movie.
Centralised platforms extract value FROM creators, leaving them a thin slice of the pie. A sudden change in an algorithm can shut the taps off on who you reach. Policy changes can leave your fans moving from X to Bluesky, or leave you locked out of your market.
In gaming, players spend hours either earning/creating assets or buying them in-game without the benefits of real ownership. Creators can be banned or games can be shut down with the resulting loss of in-game assets.

We expect that the young generation of Roblox users who spend hours creating assets that will start demanding on-line experiences where they own the content they create, can take that content anywhere (through interoperability) and can benefit from free and expansive trading opportunities.
The market for Web 3 gaming is forecast to reach $65.7 billion by 2027. It will be super-powered and accelerated by interoperability and letting players become creators.
